Rehabilitation after an injury

Rehabilitation as Prevention
Some patients have the short term goal of eliminating pain and the long term goal of preventing injuries and health problems from recurring. For such patients, care does not end when the pain is no longer present. At EAC, we want to give you the tools you need to help yourself minimize the chance of pain or disability in the future. This is accomplished by designing special stretches and exercises specifically for you, to help minimize your risk of injury in the future, and help you function at your best.
